Texas Injustice

GRAND PRAIRIE - THE REAL TRAGEDY

On January 30th the Republic of Texas lost its information office in Grand Prairie. In the few months it was open, the office signed up hundreds of new citizens into the Republic of Texas and volunteers put in hundreds of hours of labor on various projects.

While the Grand Prairie Office had been successful and it will be a loss to the Republic of Texas, the real tragedy of the eviction has not been told. The media overlooked the suffering of the predicament and chose to escalate the State of Texas invading the Republic of Texas perspective.

WFAA-ABC television was broadcasting a prescheduled segment called "Texas Injustice," blaming the Republic of Texas for injustice through "paper terrorism."  This an ironic outlook, since judicial injustice in the STATE of TEXAS and the UNITED STATES is the foremost catalyst, fueling the spirit and resolve in the People to FREE Texas from a corrupt system.

A father and his sons' belongings, memories, hopes and dreams being ruined, damaged, and thrown recklessly into the yard, while the "Barney Fifes" stood around and watched and laughed: this is the real injustice. On the stroke of an unelected Texas Visiting District judge's pen, the undeniable paper terrorism, enforced by the firearms of the constables, was shown on television for the world to see. Irreplaceable antiques and out-of-print books were destroyed under the protection of the "Barney Fifes" and judges. An entire historic Bible collection was damaged and destroyed due to willful negligence and destruction by the "Barney Fifes." A father's place of business, his workshop, his office, his home, and his livelihood were stolen by one unelected, visiting judge, named Paul Banner. This is indisputable Texas Injustice.

Approximately, two years ago the so-called "mother" and "wife," along with her relatives, under the guidance of an attorney, violated the father's constitutional rights with an unlawful search and seizure of his private property. An officer of the legal system, an attorney, orchestrated the pilfering and theft of the father's private property and willful damage to the house itself. The mother's abandonment of the homestead itself was a violation of the Texas Constitution! During this period, the mother contributed nothing to the homestead's upkeep or maintenance.

The father and sons, with friends, during the two years, remodeled and restored six of the rooms in the house and repaired damages inflicted by the attorney's agents and/or clients. The emotions and healing from the abandonment of the sons' mother was beginning with the fresh outlook in the home.

This home, built circa 1895, was purchased twenty years ago, and through the efforts, sacrifice and labors of the father and sons, this house was saved from neglect and damage. Even the city recognized its importance and placed an historic landmark seal upon the house. The men of the house had thousands of hours of sweat equity in the home.

After the mother's abandonment of her sons and home and her lack of support for the home, an unelected, visiting judge signed the men's security and lives away with his stroke of a pen and gave away the boys' home. This is paper terrorism.

Anyone can read and easily decipher the encryption called the Texas Civil Statutes and case law concerning recusal of visiting judges. This particular unelected, visiting judge, Paul Banner, faced a standing motion of recusal in the case and a motion of recusal on his entrance in the case. In violation of all rules of ethics, oath of office, and the rules of court, Paul Banner, did not recuse himself, did not refer the recusal to the administrative court judge for hearing but heard his own recusal motion and refused to step down from the case.

The father defending the actions against him had already recused one court master and disqualified a district judge. Paul Banner stated that the disqualified judge appointed him. Every lawyer in Texas knows that a disqualified judge cannot act or do anything in the case. Even after the recusal and the disqualification motion the court master issued orders in the case. A visiting judge issued orders in the case and hearings were scheduled while the recusal and disqualification motions were still pending and unheard. Where is the due process and the law in Texas?

There are over eighteen counts of barratry in the records of this case and one count of barratry is by Paul Banner, the unelected, visiting judge. Five counts of barratry were sworn and reported to two different magistrates where they purged the barratry and damages to the father by inaction. There is perjury by the mother, in the records of this case. There is intentional fraud and altering of a contract by the mother's attorney in the records of this case. The case file was removed and missing from the district court clerk's office at one point. There is total lack of due process, argued in the records of this case. The father appealed to the Governor to stop these proceedings and appoint a judge per the constitution and the Texas Civil Statutes in this case. The father refused to admit or subject himself to the unlawfulness of the proceedings and the lack of jurisdiction of unelected, visiting judge Paul Banner. The judge refused to guarantee he had an oath of office in that court on file and refused to sign an oath guaranteeing all the father's constitutional rights. These acts by the courts are get-even tactics against the father.

Hearings were scheduled, then canceled, without notice to the father, wasting his time in traveling to the court building. The attorneys would fail to show up for hearings. After an officer of the legal system coordinated the unlawful search and seizure of the father's private property, the lawyers demanded in discovery, items and records, which they knew the father no longer had in his possession but were in the possession of the so-called mother.

On the day of the eviction the "official" oppression against the father, his sons, and the Republic citizens was paramount, witnessed, and caught on tape and television for the world to see. One of the sons was thrown off the property and not allowed to retrieve and save the little treasures of his boyhood. A chess set, hand-made for him by an uncle, was intentionally destroyed by the so-called motherís agents. His antique armoire was ruined by the so-called mother's and Barney Fife's agents by pouring out a half gallon of lotion into the drawers where the son had some of his little treasures. Can the father tell the son this is Texas Justice?

Private property of the father was commandeered by the Barney Fifes and property was stolen and destroyed by the agents. The so-called mother was selling private property of the father during the forcible eviction. Constable R.L. Skinner told the father that bonded movers would be packing up the property and all damage to property would be paid for by them or the mother. Well, the bill exceeds over $60,000 in damages and losses! Who's going to pay?

The day following the eviction, hundreds of citizens in Grand Prairie came by to offer their support and condolences and most wanted to know about the Republic of Texas! Many let the father know that there are thousands of silent supporters for the Republic of Texas. One neighbor removed his U.S. Flag from its pole in silent support.

This true account of no-justice, unlawfulness and actual paper terrorism is the real tragedy in the story. Lives and livelihood rent asunder, throwing the lawful owner of the home onto the street, purportedly "in the best interests of the child" is the Texas Justice system. No one from the brotherhood spoke out to stop the injustices. All the actors of the Texas legal system remained silent and are guilty of this tragedy. According to the unelected, visiting judge Paul Banner this was done in the "bests interests of the child." This is a lie. This is "barratry." The father maintains this is unadulterated child abuse by the unelected, visiting judge, the so-called mother, the justice of the peace, the Barney Fifes, the attorneys and the "brotherhood" (bar) of injustice. Any moralistic human recognizes their crimes.

The STATE attorney general, Dan Moral-less should be bringing charges against all the actors for crimes against humanity, justice, and Texans, instead of chasing rabbit trails against Republic of Texas citizens. What kind of fools would fine Texians a monetary fine of more money than is even printed in the world today for contempt of court? Is this not "cruel and unusual punishment?" It is true that Republic of Texas citizens have contempt of these courts, these judges, these attorneys, the bar, the brotherhood, and the corrupt system. They do not, however, have contempt for justice!

How could "the best interests of the child" be served by forcible eviction from his home where the child put in many sweat equity hours, and his own money, where his childhood memories were preserved, and his security and dreams were maintained? Is destroying the livelihood of the child's father in the boy's best interests? The Republic of Texas is the answer which brings an end to these corrupt judicial proceedings and procures the common law justice once envisioned by our forefathers and Texas heroes. Texians laid down their lives for their visions and the dream of honorable justice in Texas. Why and how have the STATE of TEXAS and the UNITED STATES destroyed these dreams?

The battle continues for an independent, sovereign Republic of Texas and for FREEDOM and LIBERTY from the STATE of TAXES and the UNITED STATES. This loss and tragedy will only strengthen the resolve of the citizens of the Republic of Texas to achieve victory. Assaults and oppression by BIG BROTHER creates martyrs. Remember the Alamo, remember Waco, remember Ruby Ridge, and now remember Texas STATE in-justice. We hope that other nations of the world, which have compassion for justice and humanity will soon give the Republic of Texas the diplomatic recognition which it lawfully and historically deserves. God turns His back on the UNITED STATES and the STATE of TEXAS! He can not bear to watch His people being destroyed. His vengeance is due!

God Bless the Republic of Texas and Her Goals!
