Greetings, Mr. Daniel Lopez.
I just returned from visiting your website. I must congratulate you and your organization for having just as much as a pathetically idiotic excuse for national independence as any other soveriegnty group.
Certainly the website is impressive with all its very official-looking public declarations filled with very legal-sounding mumble-jumble. You are certainly to capture the minds of the simple and empty-headed.
I assure you that the wonderful State of Texas, in which you live in, is just as much a part of this great nation called the "United States of America," as any of the other 49 States. You can flip the pages of history back 150 years all you want and try to argue that the people of Texas were "hood-winked" into joining the United States. Perhaps your recount of history is even accurate. It does not matter. The fact of the matter is, the good people of Texas have participated (and I'm sure very gladly and proudly) into the building and success of the United States of America. You may ask how. The answer is simple. By sending its sons and daughters to war in the uniform of the United States and fighting under its banner, by voting and electing representatives to its federal government, by accepting the rights, benefits and freedoms enjoyed and protected by the United States of America's Constitution, and by freely associating and integrating Texas with the remainder of the United States. Texas has been so integrated into the United States of America, that most foreigners conjure images of Texas when thinking about the USofA.
Texas and its people have a long, proud history as being a part of the United States of America. And the great majority of Texans, I am sure, are proud of their USofA citizenship.
You sir, and those associated with you, are an embarrassment to many fine Texans. Let's cut to the chase. You and people like you have only selfish intentions in mind. You are unhappy or are in disagreement with the federal government. Or perhaps you blame the federal government for your troubles or lot in life. You are too small of a minority to change things within the legal framework of the Constitution, which our wonderful system of government provides. So, rather than adapt, you want to break away. You want to be "the boss."
You folks so elequoately quoted Abraham Lincoln in one of your "documents" to begin your argument for an independent Texas. But Abraham Lincoln also said "...that a house divided against itself cannot stand," which he borrowed from the Bible. The United States of America is a great nation to be sure. The greatest the world has yet to see despite its many problems. And the United States became this great because the people of America were united. You, Sir, and your organization, does not seek to unite, but to tear away for purposes of destruction. And that is what makes you and people like you so unpatriotic and self-serving.
If you do not like the United States of America (and by the way, there is no such thing as the "United States of the District of Columbia"......that's one of the most idiotic attempts at propaganda I have ever heard of) then I challenge you to find another nation greater/better than this one. You, Sir, have no appreciation for the many wonderful rights, benefits, and freedoms that you have as a citizen of the United States of America.
If the federal government began handing out $10,000 checks every year to each citizen of the United States of America, I'm sure you'd have no problem claiming yourself to be such a citizen. Friends, countrymen, citizens, patriots are those who standby their nation through thick and thin. Through good times and bad. Should your home be blown away by a tornado, I'm sure you'll be in line to collect your money from the federal assistance programs.
You and your organization should be ashamed of yourselves. You're not a part of any solution, but are part of what's wrong with this country. I am embarrassed that there are such Americans as yourselves. You don't deserve the good fortune of being born in the United States of America, much less the great State of Texas.
Good day!!! - TheSaintly

Response to Mr. Mark S Marziale, aka "TheSaintly"
I am certainly happy to have your assurance of the statehood of Texas
and its place in the UNITED STATES. It is clear, however, to anyone who
has actually studied the situation, that the UNITED STATES is a corporation
and is not the united States of America to which you probably think you
are referring. Your assertion that Texas is a part of this corporation
because Texas has sent its sons and daughters to war in the uniform of
the UNITED STATES and fighting under its banner is a little short in logic,
when you know the facts.
I recently attended a meeting in which a veteran was objecting to Texas
independence because he had "laid his life on the line and fought for his
country." While I can understand the emotion and sentiment behind this
feeling, I went to him after the meeting and asked him if the current structure
of the UNITED STATES and the way it is operating is what he fought for.
His answer was a resounding NO. (Expletives omitted)
He fought for the CONCEPT that he was led to believe, which was a fraud,
that Texas was a part of the American Union. The fact that he was loyal
to the ideals of freedom and was fighting for those ideals on behalf of
the people of Texas and America, has nothing to do with the reality of
the current corporate federal government and the fact that IT IS TAKING
THE VERY FREEDOMS HE FOUGHT FOR. Believing in something and fighting for
it does not negate the fraud on which the beliefs are based.
It is apparent that Mr. Marziale's opinions are founded in emotion and
beliefs with no foundation in law and fact. The statement of being proud
of "USofA citizenship" is evidence of this. By definition of law, when
you claim citizenship in the UNITED STATES or the U.S., which is what we
do on any form printed by the government (such as a voter's registration),
you legally declare that you are a citizen of the District of Columbia,
as if you had been born there or taken up "residence" there. I've personally
never even been there. How could I be a citizen of a place I've
never even been to? And you don't become a citizen of it just because you
visit the city. You may call it propaganda, but I challenge you to look
it up in the law books.
We are citizens of Texas - the Republic of Texas. The STATE OF
TEXAS is a sub-corporation of the corporate UNITED STATES. The federal
government was given 100% legislative authority over the 10 miles square
of the District of Columbia. Their legislative authority over the republic
states was extremely limited. Even if Texas were LAWFULLY a part of the
UNITED STATES, the federal government would have almost zero authority
to be here regulating every area of our lives. They are licensing and regulating
almost every activity of the people of this great land with the cooperation
of the STATE governments. This is called Cooperative Federalism.
People like Mr. Marziale still believe that they are free. But when
you must have permission from the government to do almost anything, YOU
ARE NOT FREE and probably do not even understand true freedom.
In regards to our "selfish intentions," I can say that in a sense
our move for freedom and truth under the common law is somewhat selfish.
I WANT MY FREEDOM! However, the one principle of freedom that so few understand
today, is that if I want my freedom, I must help guarantee it for EVERYONE
ELSE. Be "the boss?" Absolutely not. Personal freedom dictates that EVERYONE
BE HIS OWN "BOSS." The whole concept of men making laws to regulate the
very lives of other men is totally repulsive to the concept of personal
liberty and the intentions of the founding fathers of both the united States
of America and Texas.
I love the statement about "federal assistance programs." It
is this very mentality that has allowed our freedoms to be slowly taken
away from us. Freedom is about PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY. That's why true
freedom scares a lot of people. The Federal Government was not set up to
be a giant welfare and "assistance" organization. They are already firmly
entrenched in the GIVEAWAY PROGRAMS mentioned by Mr. Marziale. Sure, they
don't send a $10,000.00 check to each one of us, but the giveaway amounts
to BILLIONS!!. Where are they getting the money they waste and give away?
If these programs are so beneficial, why do we still have all the same
problems which the programs were "designed to solve?" Why does Texas get
back only 13% of the billions and billions of dollars taken out of it by
the Federal Government. To take from you and give to me or vice-versa is
SOCIALISM, you know, like in Russia. The PEOPLE are perfectly capable of
taking care of themselves and helping each other in times of crisis. That
is proved every time there is a crisis. How much
more could the
people do without INTERVENTION in the guise of "ASSISTANCE!"
The last paragraph of the letter from the man who calls himself "TheSaintly"
is born of so much ignorance of the truth it is hard to comprehend how
such ignorance could exist, when so much information is available. All
I can say to this is that when our freedoms are restored and he finds out
the extent to which he has been defrauded, and he is able to enjoy
the rights given to him by God, as opposed to privileges from other men,
he may then no longer be ashamed that there were enough freedom loving
people around to fight, not only for their own freedom, but for HIS and
everyone else's.

Perhaps you will be good enough to explain the following statement made
by you, in your response to "The Saintly." "By definition of law, when
you claim citizenship in the UNITED STATES or the U.S., which is what we
do on any form printed by the government (such as a voter's registration),
you legally declare that you are a citizen of the District of Columbia,
as if you had been born there or taken up 'residence' there." The District
of Columbia, is not part of the USA, Therefore when I fill out a voter
registration card I affirm I'm a citizen of the UNITED STATES and the county
I live in, how does that make me a citizen of the District of Columbia?
Yes I call it propaganda, and I challenge you to tell me and, the rest
of the world where you found that definition of law. So that we can look
it up too.
I'm in full agreement with "The Saintly."

Dear Lee Loudenslager,
Thank you for your question. I will do my best to answer it as simply
as possible.
You are talking about the United States of America. In the 50 titles
of the United States Code, the term "United States" is always defined for
each particular section of code. The most common definition is "When
used in a geographical sense, the United States includes the District of
Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Samoan Islands." (There may be
one or two more of the U.S. possessions mentioned in some definitions,
I don't recall off hand)
Before I go any further on the United States, you must first understand
how "includes" works. Have you ever heard the phrase in legal wording
"included but not limited to?" The reason for this is that in legal definitions,
and the way the law is written, if the word "includes" is used then ONLY
those things mentioned are included unless the above phrase is used.
The different definitions are evidenced by the fact that in only a few
laws, those that are constitutional, the definition will SOMETIMES say
"... includes the 50 states.." Whatever definition you are reading
always
applies to the chapter or section stated by the definition.
You see, when the words UNITED STATES are used, they are referring to
the corporation called the UNITED STATES and not the United
States of America. That corporation IS the District of Columbia incorporated
into an entity called the UNITED STATES!
Whenever the law refers to the United States of America, IT SAYS
SO. Anytime citizenship is referred to as "U.S. citizen," that
means a citizen of the CORPORATE UNITED STATES. If a form talks about "citizen
of the United States of America" or "U.S.A."
then it means
what you and I, in our normal everyday language, think it means.
This is a very complicated subject and the actual references in the
law are quite numerous. If any of you think that we are just making this
up, please make a trip to your local library, ask where the 50 Titles
of the United States Code are and grab ANY one of the 50 books and
start finding definitions of UNITED STATES.
The statement I made is very real and very true. Folks, we have been
deceived
by evil people who have infiltrated our government and are making something
out of it that was not meant to be.
The first label the press usually puts on us is "Anti-Government." WE
ARE NOT ANTI-GOVERNMENT. We are against UNLAWFUL acts done by people
in the name of the government. Every society needs a government to
perform certain functions on behalf of the People. But when that government
begins to plunder the people instead of protecting them,
THE PEOPLE HAVE TO CORRECT IT. This is a principle that has been established
for centuries. The Magna Carta is one prime example.
I've read many documents and laws myself, to the point that I am completely
convinced of what I am saying, and although I am not one of those who can
always quote "chapter and verse," I know those who can. If you want more
specific sites and web sites where you can find publications regarding
the "citizenship issue," please let me know and I will do my best to provide
that.
But, start by reading the Constitution. Then take a look at the
world around you and see if it bears even a close resemblance to
what you just read.
Again, thanks for your question and I hope this sheds at least a little
light on the subject. And please, don't take my word for it, go
to the library. If you look, you will find the answers. Knowledge
is the beginning of wisdom.
Sincerely, Jesse Enloe
Subject: The Republic of Texas and u.S. Republic
Dear friends and enemies of freedom:
All patriotic, freedom loving, freedom seeking Americans are welcome
in Texas. All freedom loving, freedom seeking PEOPLE who are living in
Texas are invited to become Republic of Texas citizens. All traitors and
criminals no matter who they are, notwithstanding the defacto President{"Slick
Will"} and the prostituted United States Incorporated and its subdivisions,
are urged to get out of our lives! Texians have always extolled and will
always heap praise on the united States of America. In other words, we
believe in America the way our founding fathers {the framers of the U.S.
Constitution} envisioned it and intended it.
Despite the activity of "New World disOrder" architects and bureaucrats,
freedom in the Republic of Texas and abroad will NOT perish. There will
always be those of us willing to sacrifice "....our fortunes, our lives,
and our sacred honor...." to carry and pass the torch of liberty to our
children and possible future generations of Texians and Americans until
almighty God decides to end it.
Sincerely, Sam
Subject: The Republic of Texas and U.S. of A.
To all concerned Americans:
We who support the Republic of Texas may be in the minority but, not
for long! As the brush of freedom crosses this great Republic of Texas,
folks find it to be very contagious.
No, this Republic will not be supported by all. Unfortunately there
is a goodly number of folks like "The Saintly" who are content and demand
that their thinking be done for them. The sleaze in control of the
U.S. of A. and New World disOrder are happy to accommodate them.
Perhaps "The Saintly" and others of like mind do not understand they
have no protection under the United States of America's Constitution.
Their Constitution was set aside in 1933 by the Emergency War Powers
Act. A serious study of the U.S. of A. government should be undertaken
by them.
May the Creator guide our every step in this endeavor.
Sincerely, Dale Hinsdale
You know, I'm a relocated Texan, living in Arizona, but I find Mr. Marziale's
comments tantamount to the gross, right wing Republican ignorance I found
in a University of Texas class I took years ago. We were studying the Constitution,
and the idea of Democracy in America. A fellow student spoke his opinions
in this class, and some Barbie, with a pony tail on the side of her head
said to him, no, screamed at him "if you don't like it
here, why don't you move to some other country?"
I was horrified. This bimbo took free speech to another dimension.
If the answer to fighting corruption and inadequacy in this country
is to move to another country, then, by God, I'll do it. I just
never thought that was what America was about.
Mr. Marziale, I shouldn't have to move to another country to
speak my opinions about the current condition of this country. Of MY
country. If you prefer hostile indifference to educated debate, why
don't YOU move?
About the issue of Federal vs. State powers, I have to admit I am at
a crossroads on that one. I believe in a central government, but only ideally,
where the central power knows, understands, and protects the unique identity
of the states. I believe as so many now do, that if the central government
is corrupt and impotent, the states, the local body, should have some power
to fix their environ.
We are all tired of the newsfed fears they drive at us on TV every
night. We are aware of what our particular neighborhoods need to survive.
We only need the power to sail from Global to Local, to scope properly
in our pursuit of the America we all set out to empower and preserve.
God Bless Texas, it may be the last stand.
