Another successful General Council Meeting under our belts - this time in Temple. The next one is being scheduled for November the 21^st. Location and times will be posted as soon as we have them. The People and Council have decided to return to the three-week interval between General Council Meetings. Most people prefer that arrangement.

The "Freedom and Liberty Conference" held in Cleburne yesterday, as expected, was a great success! Everyone in attendance had only good things to say about it. Thanks go to Alden and Micki Nellis and their associates for organizing the conference. On the previous evening, a General Council Meeting was held and one of the items presented to the people was this "Open Letter" redacted by Secretary of Privatization Ed Brannum. Also, the following model for "Certificate of Competency" was submitted by Jesse Enloe in his private capacity.
