Another successful General Council Meeting has gone down in history. On this occasion, besides hearing a lot of good information from several Council members, we received an important report on "Bills of Attainder" by Tom Saunders.

After the Saturday morning session, the Delegates from around the Republic held a Convention in order to make further changes in the Plans and Powers (according to those proposed in the Notice). Click here to see the newest Revision of the Plans and Powers.

Surprise! Yesterday morning we were given a good report on Television after reporters interviewed President Enloe in College station. This was during our General Council Meeting in that community. At the meeting, which was well attended (by new people, as well as faithful citizens), among other things, Mr. Dale Robertson spoke to us about writs of habeas corpus.

A new resolution was introduced and passed at this same meeting, wherein a new definition was adopted for the term "citizen" by the Provisional Government.
