Earl Ray Scott, the Clerk of the People's Court of Common Law in
Tarrant County, has been hospitalized with pneumonia in Arlington, and now
in Mansfield. Although his condition is much improved since taking ill, Mr.
Scott is still under constant medical care at Vencor Hospital in Mansfield.
Please remember him when you pray. Earl is very active and dedicated to the

Coming soon: new minutes of the General Council Meetings.
The news is bad. As we were travelling to and preparing for our General Council Meeting in Tyler, our friends, Jack Grebe and Jonie Wise, were being sentenced to 24 years each in the federal pen, after being denied a new trial, in spite of the fact that one of the principal FBI agents admitted to lying about them under oath and the fact that stool-pidgeon John Cain [how appropriate!] admitted to being paid by the feds fifteen thousand Federal Reserve Notes for his part in this entrapment [bearing false witness against his neighbors]. Cain's father himself testified in trial against his son [knowing him to be an habitual liar and a con artist].
This is precisely the kind of criminal government behaviour that
moves us to speak out against such a system of legalized plunder, corrupt
judiciary and oppressive regime. Folks, either you're part of the
solution or you're part of the problem. We can't afford to look the other
way. If you're not there already, you'd better get aboard the "Freedom
Train," unless you want your children to grow up in slavery!
Think about it! But don't take too long. Soon they'll come for you!
Dena Fay, Langham (Roberts), Judicial Affairs Director for Region 8, District 17, has informed us that two of our fellow Texians are scheduled to be sentenced in the de facto court on February 5, 1999, at 9:00 a.m., in Administrator "Judge" Tagle's "Court", which is located in the Cameron County Federal Court House in Brownsville. These men are two of the Texians who were tried after an FBI informant fasely accused them of conspiracy to manufacture "weapons of mass destruction" out of Bic lighters, and supposedly threatening de facto U.S. officials by e-mail. Any of our supporters who can show their solidarity with these victims of de facto "justice" are welcome to witness this travesty in Brownsville.
The General Council, unfortunately, will not be able to attend this event,
since they will be expected at the regularly scheduled General Council Meeting
on the same day. Many of us, however will be praying for them and watching
events, physically from a distance, but with them in spirit.

At last, we have a few new things to offer our readers, after such a long interval. Our first General Council Meeting for the year 1999 (in San Antonio) was well attended, very informative and inspiring. You should really try to be with your fellow Texians in some of these meetings. They are well worth the effort. Here is the information about the next one.
