Don't
mess with Texas!
Ever since "Reconstruction," we have been led to believe that "Texas is a state of the union" (u. S. of A.). The truth is that the Republic of Texas has always been and still is an INDEPENDENT NATION since March 2, 1836, when the Texians declared their independence from Mexico. Victory over the superior forces of the Mexican Army was later won at the Battle of San Jacinto , on the 21st day of April, 1836.
On December 13, 1995, almost one hundred and sixty years after the birth of the Republic, the People of Texas reinstalled the nation's provisional government, near the town of Bulverde. At this time, we are in the midst of a moral and political struggle with the powers firmly established on our soil since 1865.
This website was created to provide important information about the on-going process of delivering the political power back to the People of Texas, PEACEFULLY, through a Constitutional Convention. The Convention was originally scheduled for July 4th, 1997. Due to pressing circumstances, the People of the Republic have decided to wait until a greater representation of Texians is available for the process. In the meantime, Constitutional Committees have begun to formulate proposals for the new National Charter.
Freedom
for the People is the issue,
it is the only issue, it is the reason we exist.
