Legal Fictions are not compatible with the Common Law, which is the law our land was founded upon. In common law, everyone is responsible for his own actions and is held accountable and responsible for any wrongdoing (harming another in any way). Over time, the "government' has written laws and manipulated our language to make People into legal fictions. By the use of all capital letters to indicate one's name and the legal definitions of "person", "individual", and "citizen" an artificial society has been created.

What does this mean to you as one of the People? Is it important to know this? How is this being used against the People?

The courts have been changed from courts of law to commercial courts which recognize only commercial law. Today's courts can deal only with Legal Fictions. To avoid violating the Constitution, and violating the rights of the people, the subterfuge of the Legal Fiction was implemented. To change the actions of the People from private to commercial the People had to be operating as commercial entities rather than as People exercising their rights. Thus the creation of a legal fiction for each of us. This legal fiction is designated by all capital letters. When JOHN DOE is used in place of John Doe, the proper English spelling, it denotes the fiction at law. It does NOT signify the real living being, only an artificial entity. We have been trained to accept this designation over the last several decades. It is used exclusively by the government in their documents as well as commercially by corporations.

You are challenged to find a government document that spells your name properly with upper and lower case letters, rather than all capital letters. Check your mail. Do you receive mail from ANY company that uses the proper form for your name? You'll be hard put to find one company that doesn't use all capitals in printing your name.

Now, here is what we must learn and comprehend.
When it is all capitals, it is NOT YOUR NAME! It is the name of a legal fiction for which your are expected to be the representative or surety.
Any paper filed into any court, State or Federal, MUST have the all capital letters designation. You will never find an attorney that will prepare a court document for you and spell your name properly, using upper and lowercase letters.
Legal Fictions HAVE NO RIGHTS. They have only the privileges granted to them by the law and must be licensed and regulated. This is why, when you go to traffic court for example, you cannot use the Constitution to validate your rights.
There are no COURTS OF LAW in our land today. There are only equity courts that deal with the artificial or fictitious entities. If you are dragged into these courts, it is not because there is an action against you, it is against the legal fiction for which you are presumed to be the representative or surety.
