Dear Mr. Bowen:

Why do the Government officials in this County and you reporters continue hiding behind lies? Why do you try to take away our Freedom of Speech because when you accomplish this you will have also taken away the Freedom of Press?

Have you people not learned anything in the last two weeks? Not all Muslims are bad people even though I do not agree with their beliefs, not all Arabs are bad people, and not all Republic of Texas inhabitants are bad people. I would like to know if I am a separatist because my Lord and Savior is Jesus Christ or that I am a Baptist.

Why do you continue to vilify the Texans and inhabitants of Victoria County? There are no Members of the Republic of Texas unless you are talking about the Sons of the Republic of Texas and/or Daughters of The Republic of Texas that have nothing to do with us excepting that they are all true Texans. We are all inhabitants of the Nation Republic of Texas. If this is an untrue statement then prove it with the Truth not lies.

I did not introduce myself yesterday as Ed Brannum, I did not give you permission to use the Copyrighted name Ed Brannum.

I introduced myself as Loyce Edward: Brannum and read a paragraph of a letter from Mike Kelly Assistant DISTRICT ATTORNEY " A District Attorney does not direct the County Clerk but does advise the County as to the law." Please read the underline and quit repeating the Lies that County Clerk Val D. Huvar continues to spread and you continue to print. The District Attorney does not Direct him and with you being present yesterday you should have heard the County Judge, Helen Walker say "This Court does not Direct the County Clerk because he is an individual elected official". Didn't you listen to anything that was said? If so why did you not print the truth?

D. A. West and I were only there about an Affidavit concerning our private Water rights, which evidently Victoria County and the Victoria Advocate are in collusion and trying to stop the opposition to the new Water District as if people have no Constitutional rights Art. 1 Sec. 1-29 (Bill of Rights) and I do agree that if the Water Code 36 with the New District Water Board is voted in, the Texans of Victoria and surrounding Counties will have lost their Freedoms derived from our forefathers. If this is not so how come the opposition is not given equal time to speak at all the public meetings that are paid for by taxpayer’s money? Why is the media so one sided and refuses to print the truth?

When your Government can control your water and your food they can control you as in likening to a slave. Next is your right to own a gun. As I speak, Tony Blair of England is pushing for a National ID Card which a person would have to have to buy Gas, Food, get a job ECT; or be arrested. If this is what you want for your Children and their Children then I pray, God will be with you and yours in your freedom as slaves. Blair has already contacted George Bush about reviving the National ID into Legislation in the US Congress.

Again, I appeared yesterday as a private individual trying to protect my rights and all Texan’s rights including you and your children's and had nothing to do with the Republic of Texas per say. So why did you print the lies about this?

Commissioner John Hammock is the one that brought up the Republic of Texas in the attempt to change the subject for protecting the Courts falsehood (Val Huvar) and if you would have been listening are even cared about what he said you would have seen he was lying all the way when I ask him if he had copies of all the alleged letters he had received from the Republic of Texas (added emphasis! put up or shut up) and he Responded by stating that "I turned them all over to the District Attorney and I don't even open them anymore, I just send them to the DA". This should tell you and anyone else that can think for them selves that your elected officials cannot think or do anything for the people unless told by an Attorney.

Everyone's answer to my question when I ask "Can you tell me who in this County can tell me what is wrong with my Affidavit that Val Huvar refuses to file, so I can change it to what he wants and get it filed", answer "Get an Attorney". No person(s) elected by the people for Government positions, can answer because they are not allowed to think for themselves. So I ask you and anyone concerned who is running this County and/or this Country? Answer! ATTORNEYS . I have asked the following and received the same answer from, the County Clerk, District Attorney (answered by Mike Kelly), one District Judge and then the Commissioners Court 09-24-01. Till this day I cannot find an Attorney that will represent me in my private capacity. They might have to represent or defend the Truth.

I hope and pray that you and all reporters, Editors and others of the Press wake up to the truth before you can only print what your US Government, United Nations, IMF, BAR ASSOCIATIONS and/or the AP says you can print. When we lose the freedom to assemble, print or speak the Truth, I for one would rather be with my Lord and Savior. If you don’t want to know the Truth then you can continue to lick the boots of the tyrants that feed you.

In case you really want to know what is in store for your children read the following. This is reading only for people that can think for themselves.
