An Action of the People of Milam District,
Republic of Texas

On this, the fourteenth day of December, 1996 the people of Milam district, Republic of Texas came together as a body politic. Pursuant to their authority as the body of People that elected Timothy Charles, Perkins as Judge of the Court of Common Pleas, Tarrant county, Milam district, Republic of Texas, the People of Milam district have held an election removing Timothy Charles, Perkins from said office.

This action by the People is taken after criminal charges being filed for his unlawful action and for his actions done outside his delegated authority.

This action by the people is final.
