For almost two years now, we have heard the Officials of the STATE OF TEXAS and the media refer to the Republic of Texas as the "group that alleges the annexation of Texas was illegal."
The People of the Republic of Texas, in the interest of the TRUTH being made known to all Texas and all the world, hereby CHALLENGE STATE OF TEXAS OFFICIALS to open public debate.
The issues of this debate will be:
The fraud
of the Texas "Annexation" in 1845
The
lawful vote of Texans to withdraw in 1861
The
status of Texas as a captured nation of war
The
Declared Emergency under which Texas has been since 1933
The
fraud
of the STATE OF TEXAS Judicial System
The
fraud
of the STATE OF TEXAS Legislature
The
fraud
of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Texas
The
validity of the Common Law in Texas
The
lawful
status of Texas
The
benefits
of Texas as an independent nation
In the words of a former Texas Ranger, a 30+ year veteran in law enforcement, "There ain't no justice in Texas!" We want all the People of Texas to know Why!
If the Officials of the STATE OF TEXAS have nothing to hide, they will accept this CHALLENGE and let the TRUTH be known.
We also CHALLENGE MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES to work with us and to fulfill their public duty and INVESTIGATE AND PRESENT THE FACTS of the above issues to the People of Texas, even if the STATE OF TEXAS Officials do not respond.
