The People of the Republic of Texas
Continue to Challenge STATE OF TEXAS Officials to
*** PUBLIC DEBATE ***

On October 20, 1997, the People of the Republic of Texas, in the interest of TRUTH being made known to all Texans and to all the world, CHALLENGED STATE OF TEXAS OFFICIALS to open public debate. To date there has been no response.

For over four years now, we have heard the Officials of the STATE OF TEXAS and the media refer to the Republic of Texas as the "group that alleges the annexation of Texas was illegal." This is more than a "belief," it is documented historical FACT!

   The issues of this debate (if they respond) will be:

  The process of the Texas "Annexation" in 1845
  The vote of Texans to withdraw in 1861
  The lawful status of Texas
  The Declared Emergency under which Texas has been since 1933
  The fraud of the STATE OF TEXAS Judicial System
  The fraud of the STATE OF TEXAS Legislature
  The fraud of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT in Texas
  The validity of the Common Law in Texas

In the words of a 30+ year veteran in law enforcement, "There ain't no justice in Texas!"  We want all the People of Texas to know Why!

If the Officials of the STATE OF TEXAS have nothing to hide, they will accept this CHALLENGE.

We also CHALLENGE members of the MEDIA to fulfill their public duty and INVESTIGATE AND PRESENT THE FACTS of the above issues to the People of Texas, even if the STATE OF TEXAS Officials do not respond.
