NOTE: If you want to have a General Council meeting in your town, you need to:

1. Find available facilities and help make reservations & arrangements.

2. Notify the Council of your desire to have the meeting, at least 60 days in advance.

All Council meetings begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday (unless specified otherwise).


In keeping with the principle of "Freedom of Religious Expression,"
it is our custom to ask a citizen to offer prayer at the start of our meetings.

While the Provisional Government cannot - will not- endorse one form of worship over another,
each citizen is free to invoke the Creator, in public or in private, and each individual present is
entitled to participate - or free to refrain from doing so - according to preference.
