This court was established on May 23,1998. The Court will service Land Districts: 12, 13, 14, 15, 23, 24 & 28.

The organizing meeting was held in El Campo, Republic of Texas on May 23.1998. The "Guidelines" used by the People's Court in Milam District were adopted for use in this Court on the Gulf Coast. Several people have expressed their interest in bringing cases before this court. The next meeting is July 25,1998 in El Campo at 12:00 noon.
